How to check this charge
- Compare the 9-digit bill number on your statement with the bills in your Shopify admin under Settings > Billing.
- If you cannot match it, Shopify points to its Forgot Your Store? tool to find every store linked to your email address.
- Shopify notes that small extra charges on a valid Shopify transaction are typically international banking fees from the card issuer.
Your bank may show the text differently or shorten it.
